I'd like to know if you need to have a fix IP to create a CoD2 server, and if the port you are
gonna use for it (28960) needs to be opened manually...

I don't understand a lot about networks, so I'm needing help...

I also would like to know if you have to configure your IP/port in the config_mp.cfg file by
cvars.
